Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of DeepBrief ("we," "us," or "our"), operated from Canada. By accessing or purchasing from deepbriefme.com, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

DeepBrief generates AI-powered market research reports based on inputs you provide. Upon payment, you receive a single PDF report delivered to your email address.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All reports are generated by artificial intelligence. They are intended as decision-support tools only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content. You use the reports at your own risk.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Reports are priced at $29 USD per report (or as shown at checkout). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final. Because reports are custom-generated digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. If you did not receive your report due to a technical error, contact us and we will resolve it.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use reports for personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

5. Intellectual Property

You own the report generated for you. We retain ownership of the DeepBrief platform, software, and brand.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepBrief is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on any report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
